Residential snow removal is billed at the beginning of each month from November through April.
All plans require a full-season commitment from November 1 to April 30. We keep each route intentionally limited so we can provide reliable service all winter, which is why our residential plans are offered on a full-season basis only.
Your monthly price stays the same regardless of how many qualifying snowfalls we service that month.

Your plan includes the driveway and walkways covered by your selected package. Corner sidewalks, rear garage pads, additional walkways and unusually large or complex properties may require additional pricing

Service is automatically triggered at approximately 1 cm of snowfall. Standard customers are serviced within 24 hours after snowfall ends, while Priority customers are placed earlier in the route with a target of service within 12 hours

During prolonged snowfall, properties may be serviced once within each 24-hour period, with a final clearing after the snowfall ends. Major storms or extreme conditions may extend normal service times

No. Full-season plans include unlimited qualifying snowfall visits. Your monthly price stays the same regardless of how many qualifying snowfalls occur

Not at launch. Residential service is being offered on a full-season basis from November 1 through April 30 so we can keep routes consistent and reliable throughout the winter
